Mornag Open Tunisia takes place on May 2nd at 14:00 at Hammo’s farm in Mornag. The event runs for six hours and moves toward sunset. It stays simple and avoids heavy programming.

The format begins with a tennis match. This first moment sets a slow and social pace. Guests then shift into an apéro. After that, Ilyes Lariani serves a menu built on direct and precise cooking.

Music runs the entire time. Madame Ghorbelle and Tima Savchenko lead a continuous listening session. They do not build toward a peak. Instead, they maintain a steady flow from afternoon to evening.

Drinks come from Domaine Neferis and Absolut. The winery operates in the same region, which keeps part of the experience grounded locally.

The event is developed with Hammo of Mornag and Tara Invites. Both focus on small gatherings. They build situations where sound, food, and setting connect directly.

Mornag as a Setting

Mornag sits south of Tunis. The area is known for vineyards, farmland, and open space. It does not follow the density of the capital. Movement slows down there, and distance becomes part of the experience.

Mornag Open Tunisia uses this context instead of reshaping it. The farm stays a farm. The event fits into it without adding layers of staging.

A Six Hour Structure Without a Peak

Most events rely on escalation. Mornag Open Tunisia does not. It holds a steady rhythm across six hours.

People move between moments. They listen, eat, talk, and step in and out of the space. No single part dominates the timeline. The tennis match, the food, and the music all carry equal weight.

This approach changes how time feels. The event becomes a sequence rather than a highlight. It works through continuity instead of intensity.
