A Local Gathering, A Global Cause – Bake Sale for Palestine
On April 5th, in La Marsa, a small space opens itself to something larger. Hosted at Kaffa Space, this 10th edition continues a rhythm built quietly, one gathering at a time.
From midday to late afternoon, the setup remains simple. Food prepared by volunteers. Objects and prints arranged without staging. What circulates is not just money, but time, effort, and attention. Everything collected is directed toward Palestine. There is no need to overstate it. A few tables, some conversations, familiar and unfamiliar faces. What holds it together is the purpose behind it. Work offered by designers, support from collectives, and a network shaped by people who choose to contribute, knowing that what is gathered here is meant to be redirected, carefully and deliberately, toward a cause that extends far beyond the space itself.
If you are around on Sunday, you can pass by. Stay a while or not. Eat something, look at the work, talk to someone. What matters is that it happens, and that it continues to happen.
