Death of Tunisian Actor Ali Fersi

The Tunisian cultural community is in mourning. The Ministry of Cultural Affairs announced, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, with deep sadness, the passing of Ali Farsi, a respected actor of theatre and television. Originally from the Governorate of Kairouan, Farsi passed away after a long career marked by dedication, humility, and artistic integrity.

A Career Rooted in Tunisian Television and Theatre

Throughout the years, Ali Farsi became a familiar and beloved presence in Tunisian households. Known for his versatility and sincerity on screen, he appeared in numerous acclaimed productions, including Hssabet w Aqabet (Accounts and Punishments), Qamrat Sidi Mahrous, Choufli Hal (Find Me a Solution), Ellayali El Bid (White Nights), Rihana, Manamet Aroussia, and Hkeyet El Arwi (Tales of El Arwi).
