
Ziad Rahbani to be honored at the 2025 Carthage Film Festival
On Friday August 1st 2025 the Carthage Film Festival announced that its 36th edition taking place from December 13 to 20 2025 will honor the renowned Lebanese artist Ziad Rahbani. Known for his profound impact on Arab culture Rahbani is celebrated as a musician playwright actor and journalist.
Rather than highlighting a conventional feature film the festival will shine a spotlight on Rahbani’s extraordinary artistic journey and his sharp musical sensibility.
